Who's behind Volari
Built by a pilot, for flight schools.
I fly the Boeing 737 Classic on cargo and charter out of Johannesburg. Before the flight deck, I spent a decade building websites and digital tools.
I've watched how flight schools operate from the inside. The software available is either built for airlines or not built at all. Volari is the version I'd want to run if the school were mine.

How long does setup take?
Two to three weeks for Starter. Four to six for Growth and Pro, depending on customisation and any data we need to migrate.
Can I keep my existing website?
Yes. The portal can run on top of your current site. Most schools do upgrade eventually, because the website is usually the first thing that needs work.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep the website we built. Access to the portal and platform ends at the close of your billing cycle. No exit fees.
Do my students pay for this?
No. The platform is part of your school's subscription. Students just get an account.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and hosted in South Africa or the EU. We're POPIA-conscious by design.
